Booking your holiday

To firstly check if the dates are available you can check our availability calendar on the Owners Direct site. If the dates you would like are available, you can then email or telephone to make a provisional booking.

The booking will be held in your name until we receive the deposit of 20%. The balance remaining is due 6 weeks prior to your arrival date.
In the event of breakages or damage to the property, we will require a deposit of £200 on arrival. This deposit is refundable upon departure less any appropriate amount in respect of repair or replacement of items damaged.

Changeover Days & Times

The normal changeover day is Saturday. The villa will be ready by 3.00pm on your day of arrival and we would ask that you vacate by 10.00am on the day of your departure.

Maid Service

The maid service is twice a week for cleaning and towel changes. Linen change is once a week.

Free Welcome Pack

We will provide you with a Free Welcome Pack on arrival which will have a selection of groceries to start you off on your holiday.
