The Villa

Casa Pomar is approximately 1 hours drive from Faro airport and 5 minutes drive from the lovely old historic town of Lagos with its beautiful beach of Meia Praia. The pretty resort of Praia da Luz is also a few minutes drive.

The house is set in a small quiet residential area of Ferrel, along with a few other individually designed villas.

From the entrance hall leads to a large fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine and dryer.

The dining room complete with table and 8 chairs also leads off the entrance hall.

A couple of steps will take you into the lovely living area with full Sky television, including Sky Sports, DVD, and CD player.

The contemporary master bedroom has been decorated to a high standard with king size bed and doors leading out onto the pool area. It has its own ensuite bathroom with bath and shower.
There are a further 2 twin bedded rooms, both with fitted wardrobes, which share another full bathroom with bath and shower.

The beautiful 10 x 5 swimming pool is solar heated with plenty of terracing all around and surrounded by gorgeous shrubs and flowers.

And for those lazy evenings when all the superb restaurants close at hand can’t tempt you away, there is a lovely covered area, with a wooden 10 seater table, large hardwood decking and BBQ.
